A Chartered Certified Accountant since 2007, Rob Jones is a dedicated family man and keen sportsman, who is actively involved in charity work including supporting the charity 21 Plus.
Rob established his practice after spotting a crucial gap in the market for providing professional accounting support plus a personal bespoke service.
Knowing that people prefer doing business with people – Rob’s personal knowledge of every client (beyond the ‘normal’ balance sheet type operation’) coupled with flexibility to cater for their unique needs is the corner stone on which his practice is built. He is proud that his face-to-face mantra coupled with his customer focused approach has proved so successful.
Tanya Bridges-Mann FCCA
Director
A Chartered Certified Accountant since 2014 and joined Rob Jones in 2016 and quickly became business partners. They have worked hard to build the business and Tanya manages the Gloucester office which includes the payroll department.
Tanya enjoys reading, keeping fit and walking spending time with her family and pets. She loves to discover new places whilst walking the dogs and taking them away on there doggy holidays.
Tanya loves to travel and discover new cultures and countries, her dream is to retire in Italy.
Jordyn Tuffin MAAT
Junior Accountant
Jordyn is our most senior member of staff and is based in the Gloucester office. She is currently studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA.
Jordyn's main responsibilities are accounts preparation, VAT returns, self-assessment and CIS rebates.
In her spare time Jordyn loves to spend time with her cat Hugo, she also enjoys going to the gym and catching up with friends. She loves to try new hobbies and loves to do knitting and makes her own
clothes! She also loves to travel and has recently inter-railed across Europe.
Trish Beavis
Senior Book Keeper
Trish is another one of our book-keepers and was the first staff member to start working with Rob and Tanya, starting back in May 2017 and is based in the Newport office.
She has qualifications in Sage Level 1, 2 and 3 in book-keeping.
Trish's main responsibilities are book-keeping and administration duties ensuring clients get relevant details relating to their accounts.
Trish is a very proud mum of two gorgeous girls, loves family gatherings, catching up with friends, going on holidays to Crete, walking her dogs and attending bootcamp.
Hayleigh Williams
Senior Book Keeper
Hayleigh is one of our senior book-keepers and is based in the Newport office. She works closely with new clients training them on our software and introducing them to our processes.
Hayleigh is currently on her final level of AAT aswell as completing her Business Management and Accounting degree. She is then determined to tackle the ACCA qualification. All this whilst working
full-time, mother to 3 children and one dog! Superwoman!
Hayleigh's main responsibilities are accounts preparation, VAT returns, book-keeping and onboarding of new clients. In her spare time Hayleigh loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children
going for beach walks and spending time in the gym.
She also loves to catch up with friends and head to the nearest party!
Sasha Preece CIPD
Payroll Administrator
Sasha is our only designated payroll administrator also one of the few people who actually loves payroll! Sasha is based in the Gloucester office.
Sasha deals with all payroll, pensions, CIS and PAYE accounts aswell as looking after our social media and website.
She has past experience working on large multiple payrolls and has a qualification in CIPD Level 5. She will also be starting her CIPP Level 3 next year. Sasha loves fitness, going on adventures with
her fiancé and dog. She likes a good movie night in with snacks and trying out new food places with her friends.
Lucie Stone
Administrator
Lucie is one of our administrators who is based in the Newport office.
Lucie is friendly, hardworking and loves to help others, a great listener and is determined.
Lucie deals with all enquiries and messages, managing key company records on software databases. Managing directors diaries and arranging meetings as well as other ad-hoc duties.
In her spare time Lucie enjoys spending time with her friends and shopping with her sister. She also loves travelling with her family and of course spending time with her dog, Max.
